Email [email protected]. Include the Qorvia version (under the app name in the connection window), your macOS version, the database engine and its version, and what you expected to happen. There’s no support account to create and no ticket portal.

Qorvia can’t connect to my database

The two most common causes are a TLS/SSL requirement your connection settings don’t match, and a database that’s only reachable through an SSH tunnel rather than directly. Check which applies before writing in — it’s usually one of those two.

Which databases are supported

PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite, Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL, and Oracle Database.
